Zermatt gave us our first experience in climbing at altitude. Overall I think that we did quite well!

 

Stopping for a drink on The Glacier. Oddly enough there were not too many other nine year olds?!

 

A quick stop to put crampons on and up we go!

 

With our guide, Andy, at the 4,000 meter summit of the Breithorn. You can barely see the Matterhorn through the clouds over Andy's right shoulder. Up hear it was cold, windy and bright!

Here I am at the base of the Breithorn with Andy - it was a bit warmer there, and a lot less windy!
